Message from the UTNY president regarding COVID-19

The UTNY Board has decided to cancel our April 2020 Convention & Competition. This was not an easy decision, and it was disappointing to us all. The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic is unprecedented, and we have no way to predict what will happen in the weeks to come. The UTNY Board is adhering to the recommendations and guidelines made by the CDC, our governor, health experts, and local public officials. We believe we are protecting the health and welfare of our UTNY members, judges, vendors, seminar leaders, and the general public.

We will continue to monitor the coronavirus as it progresses, and we will explore the possibility of rescheduling our event later in the summer; though, this is not guaranteed, and only time will tell if the show will not return until April 2021.

If you reserved a room at the Holiday Inn in Auburn, NY, you may call them directly to cancel without penalty. Please do so as soon as possible at 315-253-4531. If you have already pre-registered for the 2020 show, we will contact you.
